Our house was built in 1750 in the Ancient Stannary town of Plympton St. Maurice. It is a 3 bedroom property with 2 large double rooms and a single room on the 2nd floor. It has newly fitted bathroom, shower room and kitchen and an enclosed garden. We are 10 minutes drive from Dartmoor National Park, for walking, cycling and horse-riding as well as many other outdoor activities, and approx. 15minutes drive to the beach.
