Accommodation is a 200 year old listed building/cottage in the old market town of Dolgellau, in the beautiful area of Snowdonia national park (north Wales).

Off the lounge there are some steps down to a large cellar area which houses the boiler, washing machine, dryer, freezer and chill out zone. The garden area is accessed from the cellar and has BBQ and outdoor furniture. It is centrally heated and gas fire in lounge. Instant hot water.

There are shops and restaurants within walking distance of the house, and other attractions just a short drive away. Mountain Cadair Idris is less than 15 minutes drive away, and is very popular with walkers. Famous mawdach trail is on the door step and is a beautiful walk/cycle to Barmouth. Beaches of Fairbourne and Barmouth are 20 minute drive away, both having beautiful sandy beaches and traditional seaside fayre. The whole of snowdonia area is renowned for its scenic beauty and cultural identity and offers a warm welcome from its welsh people.

The quaint town of Porthmadog is less than 40 mins drive, with beautiful beaches of black rock sands and other lovely coves, and the world famous steam railway trains. Northern town of Pwyllheli, with its quaint streets, and good shopping, is a bustling seaside town with beautiful harbour. All in all, a fabulous area with lots to see and do, for all the family alike.
