It has rural views to Cornwall, is surrounded by garden and has two south west facing balconies. It is 2 minutes walk to Whitchurch Down, (the edge of Dartmoor) with grazing ponies and sheep, a cricket ground and golf club; 15 mins walk to the centre of Tavistock, which is a thriving moorland market town with a reputation for good local food and drink. Moor, coast and rivers are all easily accessible by car (exchange considered). The setting has a rural feel yet has ready access to market town amenities: dining, tea rooms, pannier market, tennis courts and swimming pool. Local country pubs abound!
