We live in Crossboyne, a pretty country village with a pub, church and river, 3 miles from Claremorris, a small town in the west of Ireland (www.irishtimes.com/life-and-style/travel/tales-of-a-travel-addict-claremorris-is-the-new-santa-fe-1.1517400). Claremorris has a pubic swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, playground, and some lovely independent clothes and crafts shops. Galway, Westport and Sligo, with beautiful beaches and mountains, are all within 40-50 minutes by car. Knock (Ireland West) airport is 25 minutes by car.

The house is light and spacious, with 4 double bedrooms, large kitchen with sitting area, dining room, sitting room with open fire, playroom with piano and library. It is set in half an acre of lawns with treehouse/swing/climbing set and large south facing terrace. You would have the use of 6 bikes, a full size table tennis table, basket ball hoop, goals, and the usual toys that 4-11 year olds enjoy.
