A home with a view -sea & south downs

Our Grade two listed Georgian House has been recently renovated & restored. It is converted into a stunning 2 bed apartment. The open plan living room has a lovely airy feel with great views of the South Downs & there is plenty of space. The bathroom is a modern wet room with heated floor & huge bath. We have a roof terrace and garden.

We are 10 minutes drive/bus/train from the vibrant city of Brighton, there are great places to eat and shop. We are also near to the Medieval town of Arundel and its Castle. Fishbourne Roman Palace 40 mins away & easy access to ferries to France. 50mins by train to London Victoria.

We have off road parking, use of the car is available( not fancy just a volvo estate). We have two independent friendly cats that would need some care but my neighbour is also around if you are away.

Ours is a child friendly house, bunk beds ( adults fit too!) in one room and a king size bed. Single futon also. Dining table seats 8 and great for entertaining. Alll mod cons.
