Our award winning studio is in the Scottish Borders, 900ft in the beautiful Moorfoot hills. It is a short way uphill from our house where we live. It has one twin bedroom, a high level platform single bed and small double sofa bed in living area, sleeping 5 in total. it is very cosy with both a log stove and underfloor heating. Well equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), deck out front with views over valley. Access to clothes washing machine. Campfire area. No television or landline telephone. Wifi for internet connection, dvd player, cd player, books.
Peaceful and rural but only 40mins. drive to City of Edinburgh. Public transport, 1 mile from studio also takes you into Edinburgh. Nearest shopping and bar/restaurant 10mins. drive.
