Hilto Head Retreat

Our home is a 1700 sq. ft., one story home located in a senior gated community Sun City Hilton Head with every amenity you can imagine. Please visit our community website (www.suncityhiltonhead.org) to see all of the amenities available to our guests including 3 golf courses, 2 indoor and 4 outdoor pools, 3 fitness centers, 20 har tru tennis courts, miles of walking and nature trails, miles of bicycling paths, a 600 seat performing arts center and every activity known to man or woman.

Our home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac on a wooded lot that is well manicured. We have 2 large bedrooms with 2 full baths, a large living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room with a small den and a back porch. We have satelite TV in every room. The design is comfortable yet elegantly furnished with some mid-century American antiques.

We are 20 minutes from Hilton Head's beatiful beaches and 20 minutes from Savannah, GA with it's southern charm and hospitality. Charleston, SC is 90 minutes away and Florida, 2 hours. Festivals abound year round in the nearby town of Bluffton, SC which is a historical cultural hub.

A 2013 Toyota Venza automobile and our golf cart are also available for exchange. We love it here and know that you would enjoy a stay in our paradise.
