All bedrooms have ample storage for your stay. The sunny kitchen is fully equiped and the house has a washer & dryer. The large backyard offers views of Ventura's famous 'Two Tree's with a patio table set, bbq, and swingset for the kids. It also had a lemon tree, two orange trees, and an avocado tree.

Ideally located in the center of Ventura, just 3 blocks to the Pacific View Mall, 5 minutes to the beach, and 5 minutes to downtown's beautiful Main Street. It is in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood.
