Lovely 2 Bed home in Tuross Head, Australia

We are a retired couple in our 60`s and we consider our part of the world close to paradise. We still love to travel however, and we have good friends in UK, America & Scotland, so we`re very keen on the idea of exchange.

Our home is in a very quiet end of a street overlooking beautiful Coila Lake and the ocean on the far South Coast of NSW. It is considered one of the most beautiful areas of NSW with access to superb beaches, excellent fishing, scenic drives to pretty country villages, swimming, surfing, boating, golfing and lawn bowls.

Our house is white weatherboard construction with large sunny verandas front and rear. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and another 2 single beds on verandas which can be re-located inside if needed.

Kitchen-living area is light and spacious and airy and there are 2 toilets and one bathroom. We also have a study-sitting room and a work/art room [also containing our computer].All rooms open onto the verandas which have lovely views.

A lovely wide walkway/cycleway is right on our doorstep and a lovely walk may be taken round the lake to the ocean. During the walk you would be certain to see quite a few kangaroos. The area is home to amazing bird life.

We have a local country club which gives access to excellent food and entertainment and a short drive[10 minutes] will take you into Moruya ,a larger town, which has supermarkets, shops, parks etc. There are also local growers markets every Tuesday, providing excellent quality vegetables, breads, jams etc.

The nearest city is Canberra -about 3 hours drive[INVALID] a definite must for a visit. Our local town Moruya has it`s own airport with access to Sydney-Melbourne as well as other towns along the coastal strip of southern NSW.

We have large enclosed under-house area and lovely gardens.
