Lovely 4 Bed home in Exeter, England

Our house is a mid-terrace Victorian property with well-proportioned, high-ceilinged rooms. Our neighbours are friendly and quiet. We have a much-beloved baby grand piano, which any house swapper is welcome to play. We also have a gentle little cat called Angel, who would like to be fed and cuddled. There are 2 double bedrooms, one including a super kingsize bed, the other a brass double. Two separate kids rooms with single beds. A family bathroom, plus a downstairs loo.

The house is around the corner from all local amenities, and within walking distance of the city centre, which includes a magnificent cathedral, museum, fantastic shopping area, and a host of great restaurants and cafes. There is a bus stop opposite the house which provides a frequent bus service into the centre, taking about 5 minutes.

There are numerous leisure activities available including Clip n Climb (great for kids and adults), swimming pools and leisure centres. In the surrounding areas of the city are many places to visit, including National Trust properties, farms, amusement parks. The nearest beaches are Sidmouth (about half and hour drive), and Exmouth, which is a sandy beach. If you don't have a car, Exmouth beach can be easily reached by our local train station, a short walk from the house.
