Lovely 5 Bed home in Batemans Bay, Australia

Our home sits on 5 acres surrounded by Australian Bush and all its inhabitants yet has 3 beaches within a 3 minute drive. We have surf boards, boogie boards and a surf ski which you are more than welcome to borrow.

The nearest town with three large supermarkets and various shops, cafes and restaurants is 10 minutes drive; two golf courses are within 15 minutes drive and tennis courts within 10 minutes drive. Canberra is 2 hours from us and Sydney 3 ? hour?s drive, 4 ? hours by bus or 40 minutes flying.

Downstairs is all open-plan with cathedral ceilings. It comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and cappuccino maker with farm house style dining table, a separate formal dining room with table that seats 12, a study with desk and computer and a large lounge with plenty of sofas and an enormous slow combustion heater which can warm the whole house on a winter night. The guest wing is made up of a queen bedroom, a bunk room and a bathroom.

Upstairs we have three queen bedrooms and two bathrooms, all with cathedral ceilings. And the piece de resistance is a huge Rumpus room on the lower level with two sofa beds, a table tennis table, table football, a running machine, a home gym and yet another separate toilet.

Outside there is plenty of room to run around along with a 14m pool and two large verandas, one overlooking the pool and the other overlooking the orchard.

One of the cars will be left available to you; it is a four wheel-drive and can therefore be taken on any bush tracks around.

The temperature in June, July and August can vary between 27 degrees Celsius to 14 degrees in the daytime. The sea temperature is usually around 17 degrees Celsius.

This house swap would suit anyone who wants to be somewhere quiet and beautiful, anyone who wants to explore the South Coast of Australia, anyone who wants to totally relax or anyone into a whole range of activities.
