We live in Richmond Nelson, which is situated at the top of the South Island. The airport is 15 minutes driving distance from our home. Nelson is a very popular tourist destination in the summertime. There are three fantastic 18 hole golf courses in local area. It offers numerous outdoor activities, attractions and local fine dining. Richmond is thriving local community with lots of cafes, restaurant's and shops. All of which are within 5 mins driving distance from our home.

Our house was completely renovated late 2012. It is two levels. Lower level has a large double bedroom with own bathroom/toilet amenities. Which is mainly used for guests/visitors. Upper level is open plan living which includes kitchen with all modern new appliance's, dining area,3 additional bedrooms/bathroom and separate toilet. Large lounge overlooking amazing views of the Able Tasman mountains and Tasman Bay. Excellent indoor/outdoor flow to rear spacious landscaped garden. Setting perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining in the summertime.
