Immaculate and well-kept Victorian terraced house in a quiet street, ten minutes walk from the centre of Wimbledon. Set over three floors, it has well-proportioned rooms with high ceilings. It has a forty foot garden with outside decking, seating and barbeque for al fresco dining.

The ground floor has a well equipped kitchen/dining area with double doors leading to the garden. It has a 26' long double room with a working fireplace as well as a mechanical sofa bed which sleeps 2 adults. The kitchen has a built in oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. The ground floor also includes a shower room/toilet and a utility area containing a washing machine and iron.

The bedrooms are a good size and have double beds. The sofa bed on the ground-floor can also be used as a double bed.
The house has central heating, the top-floor is air-conditioned.

About the location

Wimbledon has excellent transport links. Wimbledon Mainline Station is a ten minute walk from our house and you can be in Waterloo in ten minutes where you can see the London Eye, Houses of Parliament and the Tate Modern. For theatre lovers the West End is half an hour away. We have two underground stations Wimbledon (next to the mainline station) on the District Line and South Wimbledon on the Northern Line. It is also well served by a network of London buses and a tram system which commutes to and from Croydon.

Close to historic Richmond-upon-Thames with its famous deer park and a short train ride from Windsor Castle and Kingston Upon Thames, and the Surrey countryside, including the beautiful RHS gardens at Wisley.
