Lovely 6+ Bed home in Fairplay, USA

This large 8200 square foot mountain retreat lodge/cabin is the perfect get-a-way location. It's located on 40 acres across from national forest. It was designed for us to use with our large extended family. Enough room for everyone to hang out together and still be able to go to their own spaces for private time.

There are things to do all year long. It's just a short 30 minute drive to summer white water rafting and 35 minute winter drive to Breckenridge Ski resort. In the summer and fall you can white water raft, fish in gold medal rivers, hike the breathtaking trails or conquer a few 14 ers. In winter and spring you can ski to your hearts content with an easy and beautiful drive over to Breckenridge ski resort.

If relaxation is what you're after, the sofas are huge and comfortable with beautiful views all the way to Pikes Peak. Grab a book and settle in for some peace, quiet and relaxation!

The lodge has 6 bedrooms ( Upstairs- 3 bedrooms with 1 queen and 1 twin each and a bunk room with 3 sets of bunk beds and a twin window bed). Main Floor Master bedroom with 1 king and a set of bunk beds. Walkout basement- 1 bedroom with 2 queens and a twin, 1 bedroom with 1 queen and 2 twins and the game room has 3 double futon sofas.

The main floor has a small sitting area next to the kitchen, a large dining area, and a huge great room.

The kitchen is set up with 2 ranges, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and tons of counter space.

The lodge is on 40 acres of aspens and pines. It is fully fenced so you can send the kids out and tell them to stay in the fence and you'll know where they are. They can explore the woods for days.

Satellite TV, DVD players, a ping pong table, air hockey and Foosball tables in the walk-out basement playroom.
