* 1-Super King bed with ensuite high spec bathroom
* One childrens room - plenty of toys, bed can accomodate up to around a 12-year old
* One baby room, 0 to 4-year old crib
* We have two deluxe inflatable mattreses: one queen, one twin and the sitting room has plenty of room for either (as does the childrens room)
