Blue Mountains

I have a two bedroom modest home located in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales, Australia. My home is light and fresh, tidy and uncluttered.

The first bedroom has a queen-size bed whilst the second room has a large single. Both are fitted with electric blankets. There is a lounge room with a 116cm television, a separate sitting room with lounge and table and a large sun room in the front which is perfect for afternoon reading. I have a well-covered carport for the car and a lovely covered courtyard area out back. There are two bathrooms (two showers and one bath).
I would love to also exchange cars. Mine is a Pergot 307 2004 automatic.

About the location

Lithgow is on the far end of the world heritage Blue Mountains with outstanding escarpments, lookouts and bush walking only 20-40 minutes away. Also in the Blue Mountains are the Jenolean Caves with 16 of the many caves open to the public. These are a must. To the west of Lithgow you can drive to the wine producing areas of Mudgee, Orange and Bathurst.
Sydney and everything it has to offer (beaches, shopping, etc.) is only a 2-hour drive or train trip away.
Lithgow is home to the highest lookout in the Blue Mountains - Hassan's Walls.
