2-bed Victorian terrace with garden

Two-bed Victorian terrace on an attractive residential street and a short, level walk to the city centre.

We are currently looking to exchange for a week in August 2018, ideally somewhere in the UK near the coast (SW or Wales) or in London.

The ground floor is open-plan with French doors leading out to a pretty south-west facing garden, with furniture to dine and lounge. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect, and there are two high chairs (Ikea and Stokke) for your use. We also have a log burner in the lounge area, which you are welcome to use.

The upstairs consists of a bathroom and two double bedrooms; a large master bedroom with a double bed and a nursery with a toddler-size cot bed and a small double sofa bed. Our bathroom is currently being completely renovated to a very high standard and will feature a separate shower (with Grohe system) and a Burlington roll-top bath (photos to follow).

About the location

We are very conveniently located; only a 20-minute walk/5-minute bus journey to Bath's beautiful city centre, with it's many attractions, shops and restaurants.

There is a Tesco store right near the house, which is open until late 7 days a week, and Victoria Park, perfect for picnics and with a large children's play area, is only a 7-minute walk away.
