Lovely 1 Bed home in Kolieri, Platrethias, Greece

Our holiday home since 2000 stands in a very small village just above an olive grove and from the balcony, when the trees have been cut back, there are glimpses of the bay below. The situation is very tranquil even in August. IT IS AVAILABLE FROM THE LAST WEEK IN JULY. We are looking for a simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchange, for two to four weeks in August/September and probably a much longer period from the end of September or October. Anything up to six months.

The cottage itself is simply furnished and attractive but not luxurious. The bedroom has twin beds and there is a single bed in the living room.
