Our house is located in the country with spectacular views of the Mourne mountains and the Irish sea. It is 5 mins drive from the beach and world class golf courses. The house is down a private lane with no traffic.

The house is open plan with timber floors and underfloor heating.

The accommodation consists of an open plan kitchen and living room area (wood burning stove in main livingroom), playroom, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office and a large utility room that has a washer and dryer. Each bedroom has sliding wardrobes with plenty of storage.

The house is situated on 1 acre with 3 outdoor patio areas. We also have a swing and slide set for kids and kids bikes/scooters. We have 2 cars, a citreon and a volkswagon passat, either of which are available for exchange.

Our Neighbourhood

Set very close to the historical Boyne Valley with numerous world famous attractions,including Newgrange, Battle of the Boyne site, Mellifont abbey and many more. The local fishing village of Clogherhead is 3kms away with nature walks, old fashioned pubs and restaurants. We are situated 1 hr from Dublin and Belfast
