It consists of two huge main rooms: a bedroom with two windows overlooking a courtyard and a living room with one almost wall-sized window overlooking a second courtyard. There is also a hallway with a large window overlooking the second courtyard, a well appointed kitchen and shower and a separate toilet. The apartment is elegantly furnished and uncluttered. It is cool and airy with a through breeze.

The location: This part of the ninth district is just three stops on the tram from the historic First District/City Centre. It is also right next to the U-Bahn stop Wahringer Strasse. It is a green and leafy neighbourhood but also full of cafes, restaurants, boutiques and cultural spots such as the Sigmund Freud Museum and the University of Vienna. The Volksoper, one of Vienna's major opera venues, is on the same street as the apartment.
