Lovely 3 Bed home in St-Sulpice, Switzerland

We lend a large family house in a quiet neighbourhood close to the lake of Geneva. The beach is only 200 yards away and a 10 minutes walk will take you to the centre of Saint- Sulpice village where all necessary shopping is available.

The area is very touristic with lots of museums either in Lausanne, Geneva or Bern, and numerous hiking possibilities in the Alps or Jura, which are accessible in less than an hour drive.

The house includes:

A living-dining room, a large kitchen with a table, 2 bathrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 1 room with two twin beds, 1 room with a single bed, a terrace and a large garden.

The flowers will need some watering and the two tortoises that live in the garden would be happy to get water and a bit of salad.

Swapping car is possible.

We have already swapped houses twice. This year we wish to discover the Irish cliffs, Scotland cliffs or other cliffs during our summer holydays, set between the 26th of July and the 16th of August 2013.
