Lovely 3 Bed home in Basingstoke, England

Our house is a 1929 semi-detached brick home set in a lovely quiet road and friendly neighbourhood and only a short walk to Basingstoke Town Centre and Basingstoke Train Station.

We have a large lounge with open fireplace, a big open plan kitchen with dining area and family room which is great for socialising, especially when the sun is shining and we slide back the bifold doors which open out onto a lovely garden with overhanging fruit trees. We grow our own vegetables so you're welcome to harvest whatever's in season at the time. We have a deck at the end of the garden which is a real suntrap, a large patio and a BBQ, so you can eat out in the evenings. There is also a utililty room/office off the kitchen overlooking the garden and an extra downstairs toilet.

Upstairs we have a modern family bathroom with power shower, two large double bedrooms (one superking and one queensize) and a large third bedroom which currently has only a single bed but could fit a double or two singles if needed.

We are animal lovers and have two lovely cats who will need looking after if possible. We are happy to look after your pets in return.

Basingstoke offers great shopping with one of the largest malls in the South and is a great place to stay in terms of access to both London and the South. We are within walking distance of the train station (5 mins) which will get you to London Waterloo in 45 Mins. In the other direction, we are very close to the New Forest and the South Coast.
Winchester with its beautiful Cathedral and quaint shopping precinct is only 12 mins by train or 20 minutes drive.

We have high speed broadband access which you are free to use and we would be happy to give you the use of our car during your stay. We have parking available on our driveway for two cars.
