The living room has plenty of seating for you to curl up and watch TV, or to have company in and just enjoy sitting and talking with new & old friends about your day of fun. The free WiFi will let you stay in touch with your emails via your laptop or tablet. The master suite offers a comfortable queen size bed, TV, large walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and large closet, with the guest bath right next door. This home comes complete with a closet full of linens & towels. With the open kitchen, you'll never feel secluded from guests while entertaining. You'll find a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal offering all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is stocked with a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and more. There's a table in the kitchen that seats 4 and the dining room can seat an additional 4 people - which adds up to plenty of seating for any gathering. Of course, much of your time will be spent outside enjoying the beautiful Florida sunshine! To complete your 'home away from home' is a screened lanai with comfortable seating ready for you to enjoy your morning coffee or sit and enjoy a cold drink at the end of a busy day.

The Villages incorporates the world's largest golf complex. 630 holes of golf are just a golf cart ride from my home. The neighborhood of Duval is nestled in between the Cane Garden championship golf & country club area and the Havana championship golf & country club area. This home is located within walking distance to the Duval neighborhood recreation center where you'll find an adult (age 30 or older) swimming pool, horseshoe pits, shuffle board and bocce ball. Also within walking distance is the Sea Breeze Regional Recreation Center where you'll find sand volleyball, pickle ball, platform tennis, tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, arts & crafts, cards & board games, exercise, yoga & karate classes, cardio swim, water volleyball & water aerobics and so much more! Less than a mile in either direction you'll find recreation centers (Truman recreation center and Sterling Heights recreation center) these centers include a family swimming pool, billiards room, cards & board games room, shuffleboard, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, tennis & pickleball courts and basketball courts.

You can purchase two resident ID cards for $50 which entitle you to the full experience that every resident enjoys. The resident id cards allow you to schedule tee times (with your own codes and pin #s), discount golf (no green fees on the 30+ executive courses!) discounts at the movie theaters, access to the swimming pools and recreation centers.

Duval is located between Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and the newest village town center, Brownwood Paddock Square, where you'll enjoy free nightly entertainment, and each only a short golf cart ride away. Over 1000 scheduled activities are available weekly for your enjoyment, but if that's not enough, Tampa & Orlando are only an hour's drive away (shuttle service available to and from Orlando international airport).
