Lovely 5 Bed home in Leamington Spa, England

My house is a modern town house in Leamington Spa, an attractive Victorian town, close to Stratford upon Avon, Warwick Castle, and several National Trust houses. The Cotwolds are about 15 miles away, Oxford is 40 miles away and you can easily get to Coventry to see the Cathedral.

Leamington is a great shopping centre with many individual shops and really good restaurants, Warwick dates back to medieval times with its town gates and has interesting pubs and restaurants; our favourite is the Saxon Mill where you can sit on the terrace by the millpond on a summer's evening.

My house is one of four built on the site of an old school so that it is hidden from the road by mature trees; there is off street parking for two cars at the front of the house and a small enclosed garden at the back of the house. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen with French doors to the garden a small dining room and a shower room. On the first floor there are two single bedrooms and one twin .On the top floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
