Our home is a 17th Century grade 2 listed Tithe Barn and Tower house. Its a 20 min drive to the Lake District in Cumbria. Our home is unique and sits on the river banks of the Lune river. We have a beautiful garden and river side area. Ideal for canoeing, fishing, cycling or just relaxing. We have 4 bedrooms. Two doubles, one with en suite and 3 singles. There is also a large play room filled with toys and an additional television. We have a large lounge overlooking the garden and a large dining hall which has double doors leading to the garden. The garden has 2 dining tables and 2 barbeques. There is a double garage and parking for 2 cars.

Our home is in Halton which is a small rural village on the river Lune. It has one pub and a couple of local convenience shops within walking distance. The area is perfect for those who enjoy walking in the countryside fishing, cycling or canoeing. The historic town of Lancaster is 2 miles away, full of bars and restaurants. We are a 2 minute drive from the motorway, so have easy access to the Lake District, which is a 20 minute drive away. The Lake District is an area of outstanding natural beauty and is really a must to visit. It has the most beautiful countryside and lakes. The range of outdoor pursuits in this area is limitless from mountain hikes, sailing, walking, mountain biking to tree top adventures. Morecambe is a seaside town, great for children with lovely beaches and beautiful views and is a 5 minute drive away.

Liverpool and Manchester are only an hours drive away and London is a 2 hour 30 min direct train ride away.
