It is also possible to use 2 double sofa beds in family room. Our house has a fully equipped kitchen and open area living-dining room with cathedral ceilings. We have a large family room fully equipped with big screen television, stereo system, game consoles and plenty of toys for little ones. We have a large patio for outdoor dining, BBQ, and outdoor play equipment for children.

Neighbourhood: Our home is in an upscale residential area with mature trees. We are ideally located less than 10km from downtown Montreal and historical district. Easy acces to public transport. We are 1 block away from a park for children and a public pool. We have GREAT neighbours. St-Lambert is a quiet suburb with a quaint shopping district.

Possible use of our car. We have a friendly low maintenance cat to take care of.
