Our house is situated in the suburb of Eagle Heights on Tamborine Mountain which is located in the scenic hinterland behind the stunning beaches of Queensland's famous Gold Coast. We are approximately 35 minutes drive to Surfers Paradise beach and 60 minutes drive to Brisbane. We are ideally located for visitors wanting to visit the Gold Coast theme parks such as Sea World, Warner Bros Movie World and Wet & Wild as we are 20 minutes away.

Tamborine Mountain is renowned for its scenic beauty and natural attractions including many national parks, walking trails, rain-forest environment, variety of fauna, cafes, wineries and restaurants and general relaxed life-style.

Our exchange property is a two-storey 3-bedroom house (although only 2 will be available as part of the exchange as one bedroom will be used for storage) with study ideally situated in a quiet part of the Mountain with views through trees to Stradbroke Island and the Gold Coast. We are 5-15 minutes walk from three separate national parks that have designated walking tracks and one, Curtis Falls, has a beautiful waterfall area.

We are only a few minutes walk from a small supermarket, bakery, butcher, cafes and other small shops.
