Mine is a 1930s house situated in the South Pennines market town of Hebden Bridge, in an elevated position, in a quiet cul de sac five minutes walk from the centre. The house faces south with sitting out areas front and back. There are three bedrooms, two double and one sleeping two at a squeeze, a kitchen diner, lounge with open fire, and shed to store cycles if neeeded.

Hebden Bridge is a well known quirky little town situated in the South Pennines, on the Rochdale Canal. It has many independent shops, good restaurants, an independent cinema, twice monthly farmer's markets and several arts festivals throughout the year. we're an hour's train journey from Leeds and Manchester, Saltaire and the Hockney gallery are also close by. A day's walk will take you to Haworth - and take the bus home over the moors for some fantastic views!

Beautiful walks begin 5 minutes from the front door, moutain biking is on your doorstep, and horseriding is available within 10 mins drive. This is a great place to live and to visit!
