We are an Irish couple whose principle residence is in Dublin. We also have a holiday home in Antibes, Cote D'Azur, France. Our french holiday home is available for exchange including non simultanous exchange.

The holiday home is a large contemporary family residence, well located within easy walking distance of the beach and 10 minutes drive from the lively port of Antibes.

Accommodateion is contemporary with 4 main bedrooms and a fully equipped one bed apartment and can easily accommodate up to 10 people. Includes large living room, seperate dining room, modern kitchen, cinema room, snooker room, games room with broadband internet. It is totally private with a south facing garden with lawn, palm trees and 10 x 5 swimming pool.
