Lovely 2 Bed home in Banbury, England
Idyllic stone cottage, ideal for a romantic getaway. It has a wood burning stove, four-poster bed, exposed beams, and a delightful secluded garden with unusual plants and a goldfish pond. Would suit up to four adults. We have a vegetable patch, so you may need to water plants in the spring, or help eat them in the summer!
Oxford (30 mins), Stratford upon Avon (60 mins) and London (70 mins) are all direct from our little train station (5 min walk), and we are on the edge of the Cotswolds. Bicester Shopping Village is 12 miles away.
Kings Sutton, our friendly village, has 3 pubs, a post office, a small supermarket, a secret Chinese take-away, and a working stable right opposite the house.
Our cat, a beautiful old ginger tom, is no trouble if you can feed him.
Catch the sun on the terrace, cosy from the rain with a book, or use as a base for exploring south/central England.
