Semi-detached home with a lovely garden.

We recently moved house, it has a large loft room that has two single beds and a cot. Master bedroom downstairs. Bathroom. Sitting room with log burner, kitchen, conservatory/breakfast room, dining room/spare room.
We have a large garden with a variety of play equipment for the children. We live down a quiet road on the edge of the village, with many lovely walks from the doorstep.

We have a range of books, maps, board games and a piano that you are welcome to use.
We do not have a TV license, however we have a DVD player (many DVD's), a Wii and computer that you will be welcome to use and watch iplayer on.

We have two adult bikes, one with a child seat and two children's bikes for children of similar ages to our own.

We have a cat, called Rosie, she is quite self contained and so would be easy to care for.

About the location

Backwell is a large village just 7 miles from the centre of Bristol (zoo, @Bristol, S.S Great Britain, museums, cathedral, harbour boat rides). Backwell has a train station that can take you to Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Weston Super Mare, and many more places. Wells is a 30 minute drive away and Cheddar Gorge 20 minutes drive away.

Backwell has many lovely walks, from hill walking to level walks around the local lake. We have three pubs and two restaurants, most within walking distance. There is a small theatre that has a variety of shows and plays on throughout the year.
There are large playing fields with play parks, skateboard ramp, tennis courts and football fields.
