This is a 54 square meter apartment on the top floor (second floor) situated in the heart of Reykjavik, Iceland. One bedroom with a king size bed. One spare room with a futon for an occasional extra guest. Living room with a dining table that seats 6-8 persons, piano, stereo (over 200 vinyl records), TV and internet. Kitchen is well equiped, including stove, oven, dish washer, all sorts of pots and pans. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Large balcony overlooking downtown Reykjavik and out to sea equipped with table, 4 chairs and bbq grill. Appartement is in the very middle of downtown Reykjavik, walking distance to main streets and supermarket 1-3 mins. Across the street is our favorite restaurant Snaps (www.snaps.is). Best location in Reykjavik!
