Lovely 3 Bed home in El Masnou, Spain

Unique 70s detached family house, 15km from Barcelona city centre, in small coastal town, El Masnou. Our house is in quiet, leafy residential street with private garden and swimming pool. It is 1.5km to the local town beach which is wide and sandy. The centre of Barcelona is only 20 minutes by car or 30 minutes by train (the train station around 15 mins walk from the house).

The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 with double bed and 1 with bunk beds) and 1 double bedroom on the ground floor. Very sunny but not too hot in summer. Central heating and log fire in winter. It is easy to park on the street outside. Local shops/supermarket are within a few minutes walk and there is a good market in the town (plus bigger supermarkets).

In the winter, days are usually mild (around 16C) and the sun is warm. You can often have lunch outside on our terrace.
