Our house is situated on the edge of the vibrant and historic City of Exeter. It is in a quiet residential area off the road (12 steps down to the house). We have views across the countryside and we are very near the University of Exeter, a beautiful campus. There is a regular bus service into the City.
There are regular train services to other parts of Devon and Cornwall and services to London and other parts of the country. The sea is about a 20 minute drive.
