20 Metres from the Beach in St. Vlas, Bulgaria

I have for exchange my family Villa at the Sun Coast Resort in St. Vlas Bulgaria. Villa is apprx. 129 sq.m and has 3 bed/2.5 baths over 3 levels. Located first sea line, right on the sea (see pics). All rooms are fully air conditioned and there is a grill in the apartment for those wanting to barbeque. The Sun Coast Resort is comprised of only 65 apartments. The on site manager is English and staff speak Bulgarian, English and Russian. The complex offers a large pool, mini market and restaurant on site. The restaurant will be operated by a well known Bulgarian restaurateur.

I also have listed my apartment in the centre of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, ID No. HE34509. The two families that I have last exchanged with have stayed at both properties.

About the location

The beach property sits 20 metres from the sea (please see map and Sat. View) and is just north of Sunny Beach and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Nessebar. St. Vlas was primarily a fishing village but over the past 15 years has transformed itself into a "villa zone" of holiday homes and apartments. St. Vlas is approximately 800 metres from the resort and has many small food shops and restaurants.

There is a marina that is approximately 500 metres from the apartment accessed by a beach path that offers mooring facilities, para-sailing and a number of restaurants. Sea-Doo rentals and the water taxi to Nessebar are located 300 metres from the property.

There is good bus and taxi service into Sunny Beach (4 km.) and Nessebar (10 km.) for those wanting to visit. The popular beach of Irakili is about a 20 minute drive from the resort.

The closest airport is Burgas (35 km.) which has incoming flight from many destinations in Europe. The resort offers a fee based transfer to and from the airport for guests.

The weather in July and August is warm (22C - 36C) and the nights cool down more than other areas of Bulgaria (14C- 18 C).
