Lovely 3 Bed home in Totnes, England

We live in lovely Totnes on the Dart, a mix of local shops, fab places to eat, set near the sea & Dartmoor.

Home is a 3 bed semi in a cul-de-sac 2 mins walk from the town centre. We have a small garden, parking, large lounge with open fire and a new kitchen overlooking a rear garden, & a downstairs loo. Upstairs 2 double bedrooms 1 with extra mattress, 1 single room with cot bed & family bathroom with bath & shower. 5 mins walk to the town centre with 10 mins walk to the train station and children's park.

Totnes is an Elizabethan town with a castle, steam railway station & Fri & Sat market. Train links to Exeter and Plymouth. 15 mins drive to family beach at Broadsands, surfing in Bantham (two surf boards in the garage).
