Lovely 4 Bed home in London, England

Our house is a beautiful 3 storey Victorian building, with high ceilings and fireplaces, that we have recently turned into a comfortable family home.

The house is in a fantastic spot because its really easy to get into central London on Tube or Overland (e.g.30 mins door to Oxford Circus or to Tate Modern on the South Bank)
- we are 10 mins walk to Brixton for great restaurants in Brixton Village, market, cinema, clubs and music.
- the more tranquil life of Herne Hill is on your door step with Brockwell Park with view of London from the top of the hill, new huge playground, the Lido for outdoor swimming and fantastic cafe overlooking the water, tennis courts, BMX bike track, Sunday farmers market, independent book shops - one recently won Best Bookshop for Children in London, great bakery, and more.

Big kitchen/ diner, snug TV room.
The bedrooms are as follows:
- sunny, spacious master bedroom with large comfy double bed.
-2 kids rooms with adult sized comfy single beds (very well equiped with books, toys, and art stuff for boys and girls, mainly 6 year olds, travel cot and chair available).
-1 spare room with a bed that can either be king sized double or two standard sized singles.

Really spacious bathroom and you can choose between a bath with bath and separate shower.

The sunny garden and garage have many ball games and there are 4 bikes (2 adults, 2x6 year old).

We have a Volvo V40 parked outside.

We have one cat who usually goes into care when we are away.
