Three-bedroom Victorian house in fashionable Stoke Newington. We are in the heart of bohemian east London and so are within 5 minuteswalk of independent boutiques, cafes, restaurants and galleries on beautiful Church St. Nearby there is a large, beautiful local park with café, playground, fields and animals. There are great local transport options including bus services, a nearby tube station and overland train so you have easy access to many different parts of London. You can get to central London in 30-40 minutes.

The heart of the house has an open plan living and dining area spread over two rooms. The living room has a comfortable sofa, large bay window and ornate working fireplace and the separate dining room has a dining table. There is one large master bedroom with a king size bed, one smaller bedroom with a single bed and one attic bedroom with a double bed. Our house is centrally heated, warm and welcoming. The rooms are light and airy with very high ceilings and an outside balcony leads off the kitchen overlooking the garden below. The house is fully equipped with TV, wireless internet, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen appliances and hundreds of books. The bathroom has a full-sized bath and separate shower.
