Our one bed flat (one bedroom, one living room, open plan kitchen) is in a nice residential area within short walking distance to the tube (Clapham South) and overground (Clapham Junction, links to East and West London) stations. It is a quiet street and the bedroom is facing a small garden. It is a ground floor flat of a Victorian building.

The area is called Nappy Valley due to the many families with children living here. It is very safe in the evening. There are plenty of small shops and nice restaurants close by (Northcote Road, see picture).

There are 2 parks in 5 minutes walking distance with tennis courts, playground and cafes.
