Light and sunny 3 storey town house with walled yard in walking distance of town

Our home is light and sunny with two bathrooms with showers and a WC on the ground floor. We have a large outside terrace where we put an inflatable 3m pool in the summer.

The master bedroom at the top of the house has its own bathroom and a balcony to enjoy the cool summer breeze after a long day a the beach.

There are also two single bedrooms, one of which has a spare mattress for guests.

We have aircon in the bedrooms and Sky TV in the living room. In the master bedroom we have freesat TV.

We have one mild mannered cat called Squeak who only requires food and fuss.

About the location

Denia is a fantastic place to visit and our home is within walking distance of a thriving town, both during the day and also at night. We are a minutes’ walk from Calle Loreto with its many tapas bars and only ten minutes stroll to the marina and beautiful sandy beaches complete with beach bars and inflatable play zone just off the shore. If you want to try windsurfing, paddle surfing, jetski or would just like to hire a boat, Denia has it all. A short drive/cycle away we also have a beautiful rocky beach, called Les Rotes which is fantastic for snorkelling. We have bikes and snorkels for four.

We also have the port with a regular ferry to Ibiza, Mallorca or Formentera, the old town with narrow streets and bars where you can sit and watch the world go by. The high street is an impressive tree lined shopping street and Denia also has a castle to explore and also the Montgo Natural Park with its walking routes and stunning views over the town.

For eating out, Denia has over 400 restaurants to choose from, among them, Quique Dacosta a 3 Michelin Star Restaurant.

Denia is is well connected by bus to both Alicante and Valencia. Both airports are just over an hour's drive from here.

Denia has a very cosmopolitan feel with a mixture of many nationalities. It is a friendly yet vibrant town and a perfect place for a summer holiday.
