We have a contemporary 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Caribbean home, on 1.5 acres of mature gardens on a quiet and breezy hillside in prestigious Belmont, Tortola.

The home overlooks two of the best beaches in the Caribbean which are 2 and 5 minutes drive away respectively. The British Virgin Islands boast some of the best sailing grounds in the world. There are glorious sunset views and winding trails through the pretty and mature gardens.

We enjoy spectacular panoramic 180 degree views of Jost Van Dyke and surrounding islands, St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands and the north western coastline of Tortola.

The home offers a relaxed and elegant lifestyle with approximately 5,300 square feet of professionally designed spaces. The great room includes the living and breakfast areas, library and kitchen and opens up to the swimming pool and dining terrace. There are three bedrooms, all ensuite. The third bedroom has a unique stone tower containing an outside shower with coconut palm. Below the swimming pool is an arched loggia with table tennis table.

The house is well located for a hotel based spa, tennis and restaurants whilst 10 minutes away are the ferries to the U.S.Virgin Islands and Jost Van Dyke, local shopping, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, snorkelling and dining.
We have snorkel gear, fishing rods and a two person sea kayak.
