Rugby is the home of rugby football and Rugby public school (the story of Tom Brown school days was set at Rugby School)

The apartment has been remodelled throughout and has all modern facilities and situated in peaceful, well-kept gardens with private off road parking, in an area only a 5 minute walk from the town centre.

The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated appliances. In the bedroom there is a luxury 6ft double bed with a 40 inch TV and cable tv box. There is a shower room with a power shower. In the lounge, there is a 42 inch LED tv with cable (TiVo), super-fast wireless broadband and wireless colour printer.

The apartment is a short walk from Rugby railway station. Rugby is situated at the very centre of England and is 1 hour by train to London, 90 minutes by car and accessible to the major motorway network to the north, south, east and west of the UK. Numerous tourist attractions are only 20 minutes by car including the historic towns of Kenilworth and Warwick (for the castles), Stratford upon Avon (for Shakespeare's birthplace), Coventry (for the Cathedrals) and Althorp (the home of the Spencer family). Birmingham is a 30 minute journey and can cater for your retail therapy.

We are very honest, clean and tidy and treat other people's home as if it was our own.

We have recently exchanged with a couple from Queensland for 2015 so references can be provided.

For the summer of 2016, we have already agreed a non-simultaneous exchange at our home but we're looking for a home in WA or Sunshine Coast from Oct 2016 for 3 to 5 weeks.

A car is part of the exchange if required.
