Lovely 4 Bed home in Broughty Ferry, Scotland
We live in a lovely 1950's home in Broughty Ferry, Scotland in an upmarket area beside the sea. The house was extended to double the size and is light bright and airy. (Its deceptive from the front elevation picture.) It's very well accommodated and has 2 lounges ( 1 with double sofabed), 3 double bedrooms, kitchen-diner, study, dressing room, utility room, study and 3 bathrooms. We really love our home and would treat yours with the same respect we do with our own.
Within 2 minutes walking distance is the beach with dolphin watching trips,safe swimming with a lifeguard area, a good selection of shops and cafes/restaurants and good public transport links. We are on the cycle route path.
There are direct flights to London city airport daily (Air France) and you can be on the local Angus hills/in the cities of Glasgow or Edinburgh within 1 hour. Carnoustie and St Andrews championship golf courses are within 15-30 minutes.
Its a good base for exploring Scotland.
