Lovely 4 Bed home in Hampstead Norreys, England

A 1920's rural home in Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in a traditional West Berkshire Village.

Surrounded by fields and ancient woodlands we are a 10 minute drive from Newbury and only 25 minutes drive from Oxford. London is 50 minutes by car. Alternatively a 10 minutes drive gets you to a train station from where you can reach London Paddington in 40 minutes. We are also close to Windsor and Bath. A car is essential.

The village has a lovely pub and community shop selling most things. In surrounding villages there are a wide range of gastro and traditional pubs. Lots of micro brewerys and cider farms near by.

Our home is clean and well kept. We don't have any pets. It has a fully equiped kitchen and beautiful large open fireplace in the living room. The master bedroom and second bedroom have double beds and we have bunk beds and a further 4ft double bed in bedrooms three and four.

The garden is south facing with views over a grass meadow.

Having two children we have lots of toys, garden games, kids bikes & scooters as well as a piano.

We have a barn owl, hedgehogs and deer that visit regularly (especially at night). So a lot of rural noises!
