A lovely 7 year old home in a delightful area close to beaches, marinas, sailing, golf courses, vineyards, cafes, libraries etc. 30 km north of Auckland. You can enjoy native bush, lakes, beaches, and estuary pathways. Other amenities are golf, bowls, croquet, surf clubs and art galleries. A short 10 minute drive connects several other beaches and a natural hot pools thermal area.
Orewa is the gateway to the north and the beautiful Bay of Islands and many other scenic attractions
There are lots of leisurely scenic drives around. It is also very close to our very new shopping centre.
