Lovely 3 Bed home in Grasse, France

This very cozy Mas Provencal is decorated tastefully with antiques. It is located close to Grasse (Magagnosc) small village called "The Jewel Of The Cote d'Azur" because of its views of the Mediterranean.

It's a 180m2 (1800sq2) individual house and it is on 3 levels for maximum 4 to 5 people. It has a panoramic sea view from Cannes to Nice.

On the middle floor, there is: full kitchen, living room with fireplace and large plasma TV inside the armoire, dining room with sea view, a WC, a bedroom with a double bed with en suite shower.

On the upper floor, a bedroom with a queen size and a sea view, private bathroom and a toilet and an office.

On the lower floor, there is a very large bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping cough and bathroom with shower and toilet. This bedroom has direct access to the swimming pool. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. All bedrooms have firm beds.

There are a total of 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and each having their own floor for better privacy. There is also an office on the upstairs floor. The house is furnished with antiques. The kitchen has a table for breakfast, a fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave oven and a dishwasher. In the dining room one can access the garden and pool. Wifi is available throughout the house.

Around the private pool there is a table and long chairs to sunbath. It has a private parking in front of the house.

You can enjoy the Cote d'Azur or the villages in the back-country such as St Paul de Vence (Fondation Maeght), Tourrette sur Loup, Cabris, Valbonne, etc. The house is ideally located and provides a perfect base to explore this stunning and varied area of France. From the Alps (less than 1 hour drive away through the mountains with breathtaking views and outstanding ski stations) to Monaco at 45 minutes, Cannes, Nice, Antibes or St Paul de Vence in less than 30 minutes drive, you will be spoiled for choice. Small and beautiful Provencal villages are about 45 minutes from the house.

We are at 10 minutes drive from Grasse, the capital of perfume. There are fantastic beaches 20 minutes away, national parks for great hikes, 12 golf courses within 15 minutes from the house, marinas where you can rent boats, charming villages, great restaurants, lakes, medieval towns, themes parks (including Marine Land in Antibes).

Italy is an hour's drive and is popular with shoppers for its regular markets. The quality of the food is outstanding and of course good wine is plentiful and reasonably priced.

I'm currently working in Manhattan and would like to exchange my house with someone who has an apartment in Manhattan. I would like at least a 6 month exchange which can easily be extended to one or two years. The house is available now. I live alone and my 2 daughters living in Canada would come to visit from time to time. The house is available now.
