This seaside beach home is located a scenic 4hrs drive west on the newly constructed Pan American Hwy from Panama City on the Azero Penninsula (cultural heartland of Panama).
Newer home built 2008 2200 sq ft 2 level 3 bdms, 2 full bathrooms one half bathroom. A beautiful large front deck for everyone to enjoy the seabreeze and Pacific ocean view. Kitchen has stainless steel fridge, granite countertops and 6 burner gas stove. There is a stairway to the beach located across the paved road in front of the house.

We have a full time domestic/security man who lives in his casita located behind our house on our property.

There are 6 restaurants within walking distance on the beach.

Groceries fresh local produce and meat are a 12 min drive in Las Tablas.
30 min drive further down the hwy to Pedasi where sports fishing is common.
Panamas fairs and festivals are colorful and lively. In this region you may experience the Parade of the Polleras, Carnival and religious celebrations such as Semana Santa.
Spanish is an asset but not a necessity.
