We offer a semidetached family home in the centre of Lewes, a vibrant market town, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs and the South Downs. We have a four storey house with a sunny south facing garden, three double bedrooms, and three reception rooms.
Lewes is fifteen minutes from Brighton, one hour by rail to London and 30 minutes from Gatwick Airport. Our home is well placed for exploring the Sussex countryside and coast on foot and by car.
We also have a family cottage set in a wooded valley near the sea in North Wales with great access to the mountains of Snowdonia National Park and miles of sandy coast line. We welcome interest from exchangers wishing to stay at one or both houses.
