Our apartment is situated in rue du Jura, at 5 minutes walking distance from Jardin des Plantes, the main botanical garden in France, and from Rue Mouffetard, one of Paris's oldest and liveliest neighbourhoods, with many restaurants, shops, and caf?s, and a daily open market.


The apartment has been recently renovated as well as the building, and it is at 1st floor (elevator). It is suitable up to 4 guests. It consists of entry, living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
On one side of the entry we find the living room that has a dining area with a table for 4 persons, a sitting area with an elegant sofa, 1 armchair and coffee table, and minor furnishing. The sofa is convertible in a comfortable double bed.
On the other side of the entry there is a fully equipped kitchen (cook top, extractor, traditional electric oven and microwave, fridge and freezer, coffeemaker, cooking utensils. The kitchen has also a table to get breakfast in the morning.
A door of the entry opens in the night area, where we have a small access with a wide cupboard. The bedroom provides a queen size bed, a bridge cupboard, and minor furnishings. The bathroom has shower cabin, washbasin, toilette, and washing machine.

The apartment offers Tv cable, WiFi Internet connection, and free telephone for several international destinations.
