My home is a modern villa unit with a double bedroom and study. All mod cons. Air conditioning and heating. Everything a home swapper could want plus good transport. Subiaco is a community minded area and has a village atmosphere with coffee shops, boutiques and a range of other businesses. There is a Farmers Market every Saturday and once a month on a Sunday a larger market in the main street where the City closes off the street so shoppers can browse in a mall area. I am 2km from the Perth Central Business/Shopping district and access to Perth city is easy by road, rail or bus. The bus stops at my door and there are 2 buses which go directly into the city every 15 minutes. There is also a bus which you can take to the railway station and the train is only 3 stops from Perth City. A ten minute car ride can take you to a number of beaches and along the coastline.

Kings Park is only a short walk from my home and it is over 400 hectares of unique Western Australian bushland and overlooks the Swan River. Magnificent views over the city and river.

Fremantle's historic port is 20 minutes by train and similar by car. Fremantle offers a Fishermans Wharf with plenty of eating places and a regular undercover market each weekend.
